Italian inspired wine made from Arneis and Pinot Gris sourced from the Dolce Vista vineyard in Hawke's Bay. The Arneis was hand harvested and whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented and aged in seasoned oak. The Pinot Gris was fermented on skins and then pressed to seasoned oak. Blended and bottled after 12 months in barrel.
Delicate white flowers and peach with intense citrus notes. Creamy texture and layers of white peach and almond. Lovely minerality with subtle savoury notes and a rich texture.
