A wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon from the incredible 2024 vintage. Masses of potential for cellaring whilst also presenting beautiful tannins that make the wine accessible now.
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Cornerstone Vineyard. Hand plunged during fermentation with 50 days on skins and then pressed to five fine, French oak barrels for 12 months.
Immense regal purple colour. Aromas of wild berries, plum, bramble and cedar and an intense palate of brooding dark fruit with power and seductive, ripe tannins.
