Perfectly ripe Cabernet Sauvignon in pristine condition was harvested from block 3 on the 10th of April 2023. The fermenting wine was hand plunged and post fermentation pressed to five fine, French oak barrels.
Aromas of wild berries and bramble with an intense palate of brooding dark fruit with power and ripe tannins.
